Blues are reportedly interested in young Valencia winger Declan Frith who looks set to leave the Spanish side this summer in a search for regular first team football.
Born in the UK, Frith had spells with both Chelsea and Aston Villa at youth level before signing for Valencia B last summer, where he has made 13 appearances in the Spanish third division.
Frith has also been targeted by both the USMNT and Jamaican national teams, who are both trying to persuade him to represent them at international level.
Blues are set to battle it out with QPR, Watford and Getafe who are all showing a keen interest in the 21 year old.
